Stainless Steel Bevel Gears

Stainless Steel Bevel Gear

Stainless Steel Bevel Gear Specifications

Stainless steel bevel gears are typically produced by machining them from a solid block of stainless steel. The gear teeth are then finely ground to achieve a precise shape and finish. These gears come with various surface finishes, such as polished, matte, and black oxide. They are available in different sizes and ratios, with the size being determined by the gear diameter and tooth count. The gear ratio is defined by the number of teeth on the driving gear compared to the driven gear.
Material: Stainless steel 1.4305 (AISI 303). Tooth quality 8 modeled on DIN 3967 (from module 2). Crowned, milled teeth. Shaft angle 90º. The bevel gears operate as a pair only at the specified ratio and the same module.

Stainless steel bevel gears are a specific type of gear designed to transmit power between two shafts positioned at an angle to one another. Constructed from stainless steel, these gears exhibit resistance to corrosion and rust, making them suitable for environments where moisture or corrosive elements may be present. Available in a variety of sizes and tooth counts, they can function as either right-hand or left-hand gears based on the required direction of rotation.
