Testing

To further enhance product performance and solidify our leadership position in the hydraulic cylinder industry, our company has partnered with ZJIMEE to establish a comprehensive performance laboratory for hydraulic cylinders, valves, and pumps. The lab utilizes computer-assisted testing with electro-hydraulic control technology, where test conditions are preset by the computer to improve accuracy and system versatility. Experimental data is automatically collected through sensors, and output data—such as internal leakage and load efficiency of the cylinder or valve—are directly processed by the computer and converted into standard units (ml/min, %). Additionally, to ensure the safe operation of the hydraulic system, state monitoring is conducted on key performance parameters, such as oil temperature, liquid level, and filter device status. The hydraulic cylinder test stand is capable of testing “load efficiency” and “internal leakage” by taking readings. It is also equipped with a grating ruler measuring instrument, meeting the national standards for all test items related to hydraulic cylinder products.

First of all, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive fault detection of the hydraulic cylinder. The technician will carefully examine the appearance of the hydraulic cylinder to see if there is any obvious damage or leakage points. At the same time, by testing the working pressure and speed of the hydraulic cylinder, the specific location and cause of the fault can be further determined.

Once the point of failure is identified, the hydraulic cylinder needs to be disassembled. In the disassembly process, special attention needs to be paid to the assembly sequence and marking of each part to ensure that it can be accurate when reassembled.
