The Complete RV Series Aluminum Worm Gearbox Range
The GBC RV series encompasses our full lineup of aluminum-housed worm reducer gearboxes — from the standard single-stage GBC-NRV and GBC-NMRV through to double-stage NMRV+NMRV and helical pre-stage PC+NMRV combinations. Each model is built around a precision-ground hardened steel worm meshing with a tin-bronze or nickel-bronze worm gear inside a die-cast aluminum alloy housing (sizes 025-090) or cast iron housing (sizes 110-185).
The aluminum square-box design delivers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio with excellent natural heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and a clean industrial appearance. All models share interchangeable mounting interfaces, making it easy to upgrade between series or combine stages as your application requirements evolve.

Calculate required output torque (with service factor) and divide motor speed by desired output speed.
Select Input Type
Shaft input (NRV) for belts/chains, IEC flange (NMRV) for direct motor, VS for dual input, or PC for helical pre-stage.
