UCFL300 Series 2-Bolt Flange Bearing Units — Heavy Duty, Setscrew Locking, 25–140 mm
The UCFL300 series is the two-bolt oval flange equivalent of the UCF300 square four-bolt heavy duty series, sharing the same UC300 series insert bearing and extending from 25 mm (UCFL305) to 140 mm shaft diameter (UCFL328). At 140 mm, the UCFL328 weighs 79.7 kg and requires M45 mounting bolts — the largest standard cast iron two-bolt oval flange unit in the YHK range. The UCFL300 is used when UCFL200 or UCFLX00 capacity is insufficient and the installation requires the maximum load that a standard cast iron two-bolt oval flange can deliver, in applications where a four-bolt square flange (UCF300) is not warranted by the mounting structure.
