SSA Corrosion Resistant Bearing Inserts
Compare mounting style, shaft locking, bore range and installation envelope before selecting the alternative.
SNA-SERIES belongs to the corrosion resistant bearing inserts range. It is supplied as a corrosion-resistant wide inner-ring inserts with corrosion-resistant insert construction and eccentric locking collar; compare shaft bore, inner-ring width, outer-ring form and housing seat before approval.
Measure the journal rather than assuming an old equipment list is still correct. Previous repairs may have introduced sleeves, polished seating areas or local modifications that are not recorded in the original documentation. The shaft surface also deserves attention: burrs, corrosion and old locking marks can make a new insert difficult to install even when the nominal bore is right.
MOQ: 50 pcs. Minimum order value USD 1,500; mixed orders and trial quantities welcome.

Applications include wet, cleaning-intensive or chemically exposed machinery requiring corrosion-resistant insert construction. Treat that as context only; dimensions and environment at the real bearing point control the final selection.

A good bearing selection starts at the shaft because every other decision depends on that interface. Bore size, shaft condition and the retention method should be established before the housing is treated as final.

Once the shaft connection is clear, work outward to housing geometry and machine mounting. This sequence keeps two different questions separate: whether the insert belongs on the shaft, and whether the complete unit belongs on the frame. Mixing those decisions is a common reason a substitute looks convincing on paper but does not fit during maintenance.
If the shaft has visible damage, include photos and measurements in the enquiry. A replacement bearing should not be expected to correct a mechanical problem at the seating area. Addressing the shaft condition at the same time usually produces a cleaner, more repeatable repair.

Use the drawing to compare shaft bore, inner-ring width, outer-ring form and housing seat. Read the printed values rather than scaling the illustration; for modified equipment, send current machine measurements with the enquiry.
SNA205 can be considered for food equipment where its wider inner ring geometry matches the machine. Check the machine-side interface shown in the drawing before final model approval.
For chemical & wet areas, the eccentric collar arrangement changes installation access and shaft retention. Confirm that detail before standardising the spare.
In washdown conveyors service, use the construction of SNA205 only where the actual moisture, contamination and cleaning conditions match the selected product family.
