Complete Linear Bearing Programme

GBC linear bearings are manufactured from GCr15 chrome-bearing steel (AISI 52100), through-hardened to HRC 58–64, with ball tracks ground to Ra 0.2 µm. The range spans standard ISO and Euro-standard cylindrical ball bushings, every major flanged configuration, speciality stroke bearings and inch-bore types, and the full LIN series of plastic sliding bearings for maintenance-free dry-running applications.

All bearings conform to ISO or JIS B 1192 dimensional standards and are dimensionally interchangeable with equivalent products from major manufacturers. MOQ is 100 units per model. Engineering drawings are required for all orders — contact our team to discuss your specification.

Standard Cylindrical Linear Bearings

ISO / JIS B 1192

The LM and LME cylindrical series are the industry-standard recirculating ball bushings for shaft diameters from 6 mm to 100 mm. LM bearings conform to ISO/JIS dimensions; LME bearings use the larger Euro DIN outer diameter for higher load ratings per bore size. Standard (UU) and extended (LUU) body lengths are available — the LUU extended body raises both dynamic and static load ratings without changing the bore or housing diameter. Flanged Linear Bearings

ISO / DIN Standard

Flanged linear bearings add a precision-ground flange face to the standard cylindrical body, registering directly against the housing shoulder for positive axial location without snap rings or adhesive. Available in round (LMF/LMEF), diamond (LMK/LMEK), square (LMH/LMHP), positioning-groove (LMFP/LMKP), and locking-screw (LMFC/LMKC/LMEFC/LMEKC) configurations — both standard ISO and Euro DIN dimensions, in UU standard and LUU extended body lengths.

LIN Plastic Linear Bearings

Maintenance-Free

The LIN series uses a plastic sliding membrane with a spiral groove that expels contaminants axially, providing dry-running, maintenance-free linear guidance for food processing, pharmaceutical, medical device, and heavily contaminated industrial environments. No lubrication system is required. Membranes are the wearing element — they are replaced independently of the aluminium housing, significantly lowering service cost compared with replacing complete ball bearing units.
